Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Silk Creative Labs LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). One More is a brand of Silk Creative Labs LLC, not a separate company. We publish One More: Wall Jump.
Your license to the app
You get One More from the App Store, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. This page adds who we are, how purchases and refunds work, and how disputes are handled. How we handle information is in the Privacy Policy.
Purchases and refunds
The app is free. Remove Ads and the looks in the Collection are optional one-time purchases made through Apple, at the price the App Store shows before you buy. None is a subscription and none renews. Apple takes the payment and handles refunds under its own policies: you can ask Apple for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore Purchases, under Remove Ads and in the Collection, brings them back on any iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account.
Ads
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob between Endless runs, and anyone can choose to watch an ad for a reward in the game, as the Privacy Policy describes. Rewards exist only inside the game. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
Our responsibility, and its limit
The app and this website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost scores. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may change the app and these terms. If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to be heard elsewhere. Either of us may always bring a claim in small claims court.
